Riviera to unveil new 39 Sports Motor Yacht

World-class motor yacht builder Riviera will unveil its brand new 39 Sports Motor Yacht at the Sydney, Australia boat show on Aug. 2.

Riviera’s new model is sure to impress with its ample entertaining spaces, luxurious sleeping accommodations and extended flybridge all powered by a twin Volvo Penta D6-IPS600 system with twin diesel engines, IPS pod-drives and joystick control.

In a recent article on line, Riviera owner Rodney Longhurst noted of the Riviera 39 Sport Motor Yacht, “she is a brilliant example of Riviera’s evolution and constant refinement across our five collections.”

Some of the first-class features include:

  • A teak table and a lounge set under the awning window to port offer alfresco dining.
  • A barbecue unit is set across the transom, facing forward and accessed from the swim platform.
  • Sun worshippers will love this boat’s foredeck with its optional large sun lounge accessed via the side decks featuring raised bulwarks.
  • A stair-ladder on the starboard side of the cockpit connects this space with the extended flybridge, where a twin helm-and-companion seat forward faces a helm with comprehensive engine controls and navigation displays.
  • The 39 Sports Motor Yacht has a fully-equipped aft galley on the starboard side with a dining area opposite, offering 360-degree views.
  • The lower deck offers accommodations for five adults in two staterooms. The luxurious master includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, overhead lockers and shelving.

The new 39 Sports Motor Yacht will headline Riviera’s on-water showcase, which will include 11 of the company’s luxurious motor yachts.
